After gingerly taking off from the V&A Waterfront , the impressive Huey makes its way along the west coast in the direction of Melkbosstrand Beach, and then the fun begins with Low Level flying at high speeds. Feel the ‘G-Forces’ as the Huey builds up speed and pulls up vertically, before turning then dropping back down towards the sea. At the last minute, the experienced pilot straightens out the chopper and flies at high speed, just a few metres off the water below. After you’re taken through a few other military Huey Helicopter training manoeuvres, the Huey helicopter makes its way back to ‘helibase’, where you’re given certification for your Huey Combat Flight adventure.
